Does it have a new spoiler fitted? Get in, close it down and get someone to hose it so you can see where the leak is. It could be the tail lights, boot rubber or the spoiler mounting holes.

It's a common thing. When i got the Blobeye i had a pond in the boot and that was the bolts for the boot spoiler letting water in. They were all tight it must just be retaining liquid under the spoiler after it rains. Choices there are remove the spoiler and fit some rubber washers to seal it up or coat all the bolts in bathroom sealant like i did. If the spoiler ever needs to come off it'll be apain in the *** but the boot's dry!
The Hawk i've just bough has a very small leak that seems to be the boot rubber letting the water seep underneath. The give away was the bathroom sealant under the rubber when i lifted it off. So it's either a new boot rubber or more bathroom sealant.....
