Default what cylinder heads for EJ207 or ej20g?? HELP

hi,

I have a ej207 and a ej20g bottom end. What type of cylinder heads would be the best for this build? I'm after 400 reliable BHP.

I have heard that the V3/4 sti are good heads?! yes or no?

Thanks!

V3/V4 had the most aggressive cams on a classic and yes their are the best heads on classic engines
