Default Fuel leak

Hi all,

My impreza turbo 2000 my99 has developed a fuel leak from the line coming out of the tank before it goes through the car floor.
I as advised by a dealer that this would require the whole line from engine to tank replacing which would mean interior removal etc - potentially expensive.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have to replace all the line? I'm hoping it could be split and jointed ?

Any knowledge / advise would be great
Thanks in advance.
