only 550 kidding with a baffled sump you can get away with an oem pump and modine if you are not tracking the car imho. with the expense of a 2.35 engine though i would be making my car 100% as safe as i could make it and fit an uprated pump. afterall another £300 is probably a tear in a salty sea on a 2.35 build.

What Heads? AVCS?

If non AVCS then get the RCM modified 10mm Pump, if running Avcs heads then their 12mm offering.

Disagree Daz plently people running an RCM 10mm pump with single avcs heads with no issues. Debate on this seems give a 50/50 verdict.

What has a baffled sump got to do with the size of oil pump required, more relevence is bearing clearences, oil cooler fitted or not, Avc's heads or not, oil squirters fitted or blanked off.

Agree, lots of debate around this Archie...so I asked my engine builder; Steve and Mo both said 12mm for my 2.35 with single AVCS. SMG know more than me

I have the RCMS 12mm High Volume High flow pump on my 2.5. This has single AVCS heads and an oil cooler. Works a treat too.

That was my point not that one person is right or wrong just that there is definately a debate on which way to go on single avcs heads.
