Default help needed with ecu id

I have a 1999 v5 but will not start. the key lights is on but been told the ecu fitted is not key coded??
the ecu is a e3
if this is correct what ecu should be on the car????

e3 ecu is correct,the code is not in the ecu on a 99,its a separate part

do you have the original sigma alarm with the keypad in the glovebox ??

yes it has the sigam with key pad in the glove box.
