exhaust question

hi ya peeps will a cat back exhaust off of a 2004 wrx sti fit a 2006 hawkeye

good question from what i can gather it is the downpipe that is differant nd cat back is same ...
if im wrong im sure someone with more knowledge will be along shortly to set me straight!!!
