Default Best panel filter for this application.

HI all

I've had a dig with the search function but been unsuccessful finding what i am looking for.

I have a 02 bug eye and have need to get a panel filter as i think when i've bought car its still on the original.

My question is predictable in that i'm wondering which are best.

The car only has a cat back at the moment, the rest of the engine is virgin standard. Plans will be sti intercooler, decat and a remap.

What would you recommend?

I've seen cosworth ones floating around, the normal K and N and i'm of the mindset they will all be nigh on identical with minimal gains in my cars current state.

Any help appreciated.

Thanking y'all.

aftermarket panel filters are all pretty much the same. you won't really see much of a gain, and none really stand out as being better than the others.

I have a K&N one - seems to do the job...

TBH, there's little real world difference between any of them (Green, K&N, Cosworth, etc)... Pro-R (Subaru's performance parts range) also do a foam panel filter.
