Flatting/removing orange peel from 559 red paint
Bit confused on this, painted both rear arch area and im a bit lost about how to flat it as you dont use laquer .
Do i just wet and dry it, polish with g3?

Yep, 1500 wet and dry, lots of clean soapy water (everything must be clean and be carefull to listen for dirt scratching!) use a spay bottle for the water, make sure you use a block too. And yes g3 with a machine polisher will be perfect, use quite and open hard mop too. Finish off with a finer grade polish then wax.

Just be careful when it come's to flatting/buffing the paint. I wouldn't advice using a machine buffer with a wool polishing head as it's the most aggressive cutting pad you can get, even more so if you've never used a buffer before.
DA Buffer - Ultra fine polishing head / mega fine polishing head (3M products for example) - Match the head to the product (So ultra fine anti-hologram) or (mega fine cutting compound) x2 passes on these will improve results massively while taking away some of the risk. I wouldn't advice on waxing the car at all, keep polishing for awhile as your paint will give off solvents for upto 6months (even more so if it's not been baked in an oven) and if you were to seal the paint you'll increase orange peel/decrease paint clarity over a period of time as the paint won't be able to breath while it's still 'curing'
Orange peel can be improved, however most of the time it's down to the spray/temp during spray or in general how long was left between primer to paint colour stage!
Have a look on detailingparadise website as you'll find some interesting info on there!

If its 2k paint it will have cured overnight. If you buff through you can always re-paint, thats how you learn! If in doubt paint a spare pannel and practice on that!
