Do you know if the car has been mapped at all.
Maybe the last owner bolted a few bits on then had it mapped.
Or he could of bolted a few bits on and left it at that. If this is the case I would recommend fitting the standard filter back on.

Hi there if its your car has been mapped for HKS Suction reloaded induction kit,you should be OK,somewhere you must have paperwork if its your car been mapped.

If not,i would suggest too put standard OE filter on.

I've run this induction kit above 350bhp,but i wouldn't run this induction kit above 400bhp or unmapped

If the car is standard apart from that fancy filter I would hazard a guess and say it's not been mapped. Check through all the paperwork and see if there is any proof of a mapping session.
If not I would be putting the standard air box back on with a nice new original filter.

Had man flu all weekend so not been on to reply
i have no paperwork for a remap and was also told it was standard apart from the filter when i bought it.
i have the standard airbox but the filter inside needs replacing so its the stock subaru panel filter that you would advise putting in it or would a k&n replacement be ok
thanks
