Default Problem after problem, big brake conversion related...Warped

So to add to the list of problem, my N/S/F k-Sport disc seems to have warped £££, but it's not just rubbing on the disc, it moves the brake pad in the calliper up and down and it rattles/ticks as the disc spins.

Has anyone else had this issue with warped discs, i wouldn't imagine the pad to wobble about, is the warp pushing the pistons back in and allowing the pad to rattle/tick?

Thanks

mate, i posted a thread last year about the same problem with discs...under close inpsection the surface was pitted abd bubbled like an aero..i sent them back and got a refund. i replaced with mintex doscs and pads and havent had a problem since, other than NSF caliper sticking.

Was the pad tapping on the calliper causing a constant ticking like sound?
I had the car on a ramp today and it did look as if the disc was warped .

Thanks

you cant usually see any warping visually, rather a polished or worn surface on the disc.
the pads are probably getting very hot to say the least, but mine made knocking noise, usually pulling away or reversing.
there was also loads of brake dust on the wheels from the pads.

Could a worn wheel bearing cause a sway?

Thanks

Disregard this a a brake issue please, i believe it to be a wheel bearing or driveshaft issue, not a K-Sport issue.

Please ignore this thread also, sorry.

Thanks
