I have now became abit stuck as I have a decat uppipe which also needs to be fitted!
How do I go about this? seem really awkward!

make sure you use plenty on WD40 and correct tools before you mess the bolts up, and dont forget the up is secured at the top where the turbo goes you will see a braket holding the uppipe.

Took the skidpan/black under panel off.... Started to undo the bolts on the little heat sheild! One left and its not budging sprayed loadsa wd40 on it.. Then its just a case of the sensors and there's 1 bolt at the top on a bracket which is being a bugger! When I'm eventually done will the uppipe come down? Or do I bring it up through the engine?

Also, while you are in there swap out the standard clips on the oil return hose (its at the bottom of the turbo's center cartridge, which is the smaller part in between the 2 snail like housings) for some wormdrive ones.
Chances are that when fiddling with the up-pipe, the turbo gets nudged, and the crappy stock clamps usually won't reseal properly.

Swapping the uppipe is an easy job. Prepare properly. Use sockets where possible. Free everything off with appropriate thread releaser before you do anything.
Taking the headers off is easy. 3 bolts hold the manifold to the cylinder head on each side.
Swapping uppipe.
Drop the D/P.
Undo the bolts, headers to uppipe.
Loosen but do not remove three nuts on each header to cylinder head.
Now undo the nuts holding the uppipe. 5# in total if they are all there.
Remove U/P.
If it will not come loosen the two bolts, collector to the rest of headers/cross pipe and it will fly out.
Alternative : Least preferred option.
If it will not come out with lots of twisting, slack engine mountings. Do not totally undo. Jack engine and pipe drops out.
Try to get pipe out first before undoing mountings for engine.
