Default Windscreen washer + MOT

I`ve just replaced my washer bottle with a smaller one hidden out of sight in the boot, but just checking on some MOT regulations.
The washers now operate from the rear washer switch on the stalk, but at the mo the washers squirt screenwash up the screen but don`t make the wipers sweep at the same time, is this ok or do I have more wiring to do?

thats fine, let the tester know that the stalk operates the washers at the time of test, some older cars for instance morris minors lol used a manual push pump on the dash and switch is separate.

yep will be fine so long as the washer works and the wipers work it is not a requirement for them to work at the same time.
