Default Hot air blowing from interior air

Hi chaps,
I just wonder what's wrong with my air ventilation fan in the car. Whenever I switch on the air fan on lowest temperature, the air blowing out is hot and not even close to the outside air temperature?

Could it be the uncovered decat pipe after the turbo?

Any helps/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Likely to be. The air is sucked in from outside through thje scuttle area, which is the area that covers the windscreen wiper motor, linkage etc.

At lowest speed, the fan is only moving small amounts of air, which the engine can easily heat.

I have the same problem, how does the temputer control dial control the amount of hot water goes through the internal rad/coil, maybe it's an acurator and is stuck on full heat ie open? No mater what fan setting or temputer I all ways get heat?

Afak, it doesn't, it controls the AIR-FLOW.

The water still circulates, but the air is either diverted over it, or away from it.

So there is a control flap ? Which either allows air over the heat coil or bypass it ?

Thanks Alcazar. Looks like I have to look for a turbo blanket to heat wrap the turbo and downpipe. I want the cold air back!
