hi everyone ive basicly got myself another Subaru sport 2.0 awd basicly

in low revs pulling of and what not there seems to be lack of power and judders if i give it higher revs it goes as it should just wondard if this is a common thing ( hope what ive typed makes sense )

been to a garage today and they seem to think it could just need new plugs and leads ? any help of people who no these cars well would be much appreciated and the speedo sticks at 40mph but that maybe a new thread along with a few other issues. . .

try the maf sensor mate. Mine is faulty and has the same symptoms. I tried cleaning mine at the weekend but messed it up and now it runs like its hesitating as low speed/revs.

Failing that, give it a service including plugs, leads, fuel filter etc.

if you're not used to driving an AWD car, you may be surprised to find that there is a lack of power from a standstill compared to 2wd cars. If it's extreme or juddering then there may be some other issue but if it's only slight, you might just have to get used to it.

well they do drink a lot of fuel, but yes if it's juddering a lot then there must be something amiss, and if it's using even more fuel than usual then maybe it is MAF or lambda. could also be a bad boost leak (not that there's such thing as a good boost leak, ).
