Default Help advice needed RA Engine

Advice on the below please following on from previous thread

96 Ra car with 66k on...
taken off the headers lots of oil in the exhaust port no3... smoke when you blip the throttle and when you let off.smells oily
Car runs fine...
Looked up into the exhaust valve area that sits over that exhaust header and there's oil around the valve as well...

Compression test states

No3 piston 165psi
the piston on the same side in front sorry for the incorrect terminology 160psi

Near side front 155psi
near side rear 150psi

Hope this makes sense

I know the engine will need to come out just want peoples thoughts please
Could this be a Exhaust valve Or a piston ring???

Thanks in advance
Craig

Would that explain oil in the exhaust Port ?

The down pipe and Air filter box are dry as in NO oil residue....

Need advice before I start taking it apart.

Turbo vanes also look ok as well

Thanks craig.

Check the intercooler for oil, if there is any in there chances are it's ya turbo. Otherwise it could be valve stem seals maybe?
