Fuel hose fittings

I have a few metres of rubber hose with stainless overbraid which I was hoping to use to replace the existing hoses.

The inner diameter is 8mm and the outer diameter is 18mm.

Does anybody know what size fittings I need to use as I'm not 100% sure?
