Default my05 sti type uk tuning advice

I am looking at having a remap on my05 sti type uk , ideally want around 380bhp if possible , not too botherd about bhp number , just want it to drive well on the road,

so far have a list of parts below , does this sound about right of what i need?

not too sure wether to use tubular or standard ported headers? also is standard sti TMIC and air box ok at this power level ,

td05 20g
jap speed tubular headers and 2" up pipe
fuel lab fpr
3" exhaust and 3" decat
cosworth panel filter

Thanks

idealy i'd go with new bigger injectors and forget the frp. You'd also be better of with ported o/e headers and a smaller up-pipe to aid spool. Harvey on here is the man for headers and up-pipes. Nothing wrong with the jap speed ones, just not whats best at your level.

Oh and make sure its a proper turbo and not a chinese copy

thanks for reply's , so my list of parts i have, are similar to the - (andy forest Level 3 360-390 bhp)

so just need to decide whether to use ported or the tubular headers?

OEM ported headers and matched uppipe for your 20g will be ideal for 380 odd. Speak to harvey for expert advice of his products, etc. The correct optimum uppipe size can gain 150-300rpm in spool alone - which is highly desirable for a 20g on a 2.0L.

You would want to swap the plugs for PFR7B's (gapped to around 0.65mm) if not done already.

I would stick with Harvey ported headers and Harvey Up pipe, which will bring spool to lower RPM.
