Question

It would appear that my standard UK 97 wagon has a recirculating dump valve. I say this as the dump valve has a pipe going into it from the intercooler and another pipe going out to what looks like the inlet manifold?

If this is the case, can a fit a normal non recirculating valve? What happens to the pipe that leads to the manifold, does this get blocked off or something?

Cheers,

Rob

You can fit a non recirculating dump valve, it will come with a bung that blocks off the return pipe, this is just held in with a jubilee clip.

hope this helps

The pipe that leads to the manifold is for the vacum line for the dump valve and attaches to the top of the dump valve...

There will be a hole where the old dump valve attached to the intake pipe.... this is where the bung goes...!
