Default Gunson easy bleed kit ?

Cant believe I am going to have to change the fron callipers on my Sept 07 WRX sticking lower inboard offside caliper. Any one used a Gunson easy bleed kit on a Impreza ?

I have freed it off for now but the caliper feels a few degrees up on temp form other side after some use , so on borrowed time.

Also the banjo bolts do the cause any grief ? or just soak them in WD40 type spray night before job ?.

Thanks Davie

i have not used the gunson on an impreza , but used one many years ago. they work great if you are on your own and dont have anyone to pump pedal/release bleed nipple. impreza brakes just the same as any other car so no reason why it wouldn't work , but make sure the gunsons caps fit on the imprezas fluid resorvoir before you buy or you will need to buy a seperate resorvoir cap.

I got one a few years ago - non of the caps fitted the impreza brake fluid reservoir. Don't know if the kits are any different now?

Ayde.

I have been looking into this over the last few days and have come to the conclusion that the caps for Subaru are not available but have found a sealey vc020 vacuum pump that works from the bleed nipple for £27 but you need a compressor to use it, the mitivac hand pump is another option. Still not decided what to buy yet
