Default Which Clutch

Got a problem, just got my sti back with the new eng fitted, the clutch i had fitted is very heavy, now the problem i have is since a bike accident years ago im riddled with the old arthritis, as a result i can feel my knees playing up already and ive only doen 100 miles so can anybody suggest a clutch that will take 380bhp but is not too much heavier than the std one..
