Hi,

Recently noticed a knocking from my rear seats and after some investigation found it to be from one of my BC coilovers. Car is a 01 bugeye wrx.

Basically the bush in the top mount seems to have disingrated and is causing the top of the strut to foul the top mount when going over bumps.

I know the top mounts are standard rubber ones like the subaru items, what need to know is are the exactly the same?
i.e could i just take my coilover apart and either replace the bush with a subaru item, or replace the whole top mount with a subaru item?
Is this something I can do or am I in trouble and need to contact BC??
