Hi scottie

Have look on this

http://www.cobrasport.com/exhaust/Su...1+to+07/31/0/0

You can fit any exhaust from New age Impreza(01-06) without the problem, just can't be from JDM STi,these using Twin scroll.

Have look here For sale section and hopefully you will find good exhaust.

I went for HKS Hi-Power titanium, which seems have nice sound from clips, have look on Youtube and find your favorite.

I've before Nur spec which has been nice and loud, but later has been too loud for our neighbor(to$$ers)

Longlife custom made exhaust, you can get a sports cat put on for MOT friendly and have it made to your spec, choice of tailpipes etc.

Catback is from the last cat to the back.

A Back box and half of centre section

The center section on the Hawk (not sure about others) is split into two the section closest to the downpipe contains the cat. the second section has a silencer in it. "Resonated" as ive heard it called.

I will be purchasing The afterburner catback system from scoobyworld when i get the money together. As the standard STI box just doesnt cut it for me It involves the Back box (make sure to ask for straight exit) unless you intend on cutting a lump out of the diffuser for a fit. And a De-silenced (unresonated) center section.

Supposed to have a nice grumble when idling and cruising and loud as F**K when on full chat.

Have a look at some other systems before buying, check out a few vids on youtube etc...

Found one of a WRX afterburner catback...

What's your budget?
Milltek is quiet, quality system, around £1000 for the system including sportcat. Perfect fit and sounds nice when revved.
Just avoid the cheap stuff on Ebay with flexible joints...

As DantheMan2605 says, make sure you get the de-resonated section when changing the back box it makes a massive difference
