Default Problem

Can anyone help I've got a 03 sti and keep getting alight pop up on the dash I've got no handbook it looks like a box type shape and lights up orange. What is it and can any one suggest what to do? Thanks all

Try topping up the water spray bottle in the boot

I done that at the weekend. I am sure from memory its something to do with sensors and needs to be checked by Subaru. Its not on all the time it will be gone by the morning

Ok if its the eml then it needs reading with an eobd reader and a stored fault code should come up.

Anyone with a reader. You can buy s cheap one for around £60. I assume your on an o/e ecu?
