Unhappy problem when cold start

Hi all

any ideas please!?

car has decided to not start well when cold.
starts fine time & time again once started an/or warm.
but when i go to work in the morning & its been sat over night, the starter kicks in all ok as usual, the engine goes to turn but the revs are very low & sometimes takes 2 or 3 turns for it to go.
tick over is fine once running, engine runs fine, no weird noises, coil packs are new, plugs are new a few months ago (will take out & clean though to be sure are ok) also had a temp sender unit last year.
only thing i have changed before the day this started is the 3 port solenoid set up for another.
checked the pipes, all seem ok, changed the 'diamond' part on the back of the 3 port bracket back to the one i had & thats not made any difference either.
could it still be any part of the 3 port solenoid system or has the starter decided to become lazy?
also got a walbro & thats all working fine for the fueling & the fuel filter was replaced with new last year
anyone ? thanks

always use sainsburys super unleaded, never had any issues also have the major sarcasm chip so it runs on super unleaded alone
