Hi folks

I have just bought a set of crystal balck lights from here and they have the manual adjuster on the back.
I have electric ones on my car and so I am asking if the manual adjuster bar bit can be removed so I can put my motors on them and if so how?

I am looking at brut force to pull them out but there tough little buggers
