Hi guys and girls I have been informed that the 2.5 engines ain't as bullet proof as the 2.0 engines. It's got me a bit worried coz I am wanting a remap. I have heared head gaskets and pistons go really easy. Even at 20,000 miles with or with out a remap. Can anyone tell me anything about this cheers

 

The 2.5 STI apparently has ringland and headgasket issues. Try a search as this is well covered. Some cars are fine,others have issues.
