Exclamation ecu bug eye

any one know what ecu i need for a 2000 /2001 v7 sti bug eye import

Can't see why any Jap / UK Bug or Blob 2002-2004 sti ECU wouldn't work. They will all drive the AVCS. Not sure what RON the Jap ECU will be mapped for though, even so The DENSO ECU should cope with V Power..

For true plug and play you obviously need a Jap Bug STi ECU

you will have to get a jdm ecu as the jdms dont have the coded key so all the wiring for that part of the ecu will be missing

ohhhhhhh.. Never thought of that. I guess for a UK ECU you would have to get a UK key cut and then code it to the ECU ?
