hi i just got a set of flo-flex subframe bushes for my 95 but dont no what way to put them in as ther is 1 thick end and 1 slime end wat go,s on the top pleas help me

and sorry for the spelings but i am dislektik

 

the thick end goes to the Top of the subframe.

so once removed u need to push it in from the top down.
