Where abouts on the turbo is the crack?
Chances are you will need to replace the turbo.

Me personally I wouldnt worry if there is no ill affects as I have a turbo car(non scooby) the last 5 years with a crack across its waste gate housing and it works fine. Its really up to you if you want to change it, you could get a scrap turbo with a good exhaust housing and swap them out
