CEL after A/C removal????

CEL after A/C removal????

As above, why on earth would it incur a CEL?
Any help much appreciated.

I'll get an OBD on it 2moro as I've been at BSB snetterton today, I've text Duncan who informed me that there shouldn't be anything on AC removal that would cause a CEL.

Doesn't the newage DENSO ECU monitor the aircon because it turns it off at high boost / load ? I presume if it's missing the ECU will know.

The OBD code will be the giveaway LOL
