Default car due back on road

Hi my cars due back on the road next month after a year and half sat on my drive. Just wondering what problems i should expect when it goes for its mot if any. It has been sat without brakes on so i expect these will of ceased but anything other than that it was only 3 month after its last mot that the engine went so cant be much more wear and tear.
cheers andy

Maybe drain and replace the fuel, its probably not that great after sitting and may not help passing the emissions. Depending on whether the battery went flat, the ECU may have reset and may take a short while to relearn, so a moderate drive would be worthwhile to make sure the cat's hot etc.

Brakes may not have seized but worth giving them a few good hard stomps in order to clean off the disks of any surface rust etc.

And the normal, check bulbs, wipers haven't denatured + squirters work etc.

What about cranking the engine over without if firing to circulate the oil?
