That could be 1 of them! Id also be checking the powersteering fluid too.

Also i have a little leak from my oil filter were the seal has not sealed properly to the modine. so check here too

The real common 1 is indeed the rocker covers.

just had a quick look and it looks like its comeing from the bottom of the cambelt cover so would say its camshaft oil seals and crankshaft, rocker covers are ok,will take it to a mates garage and get him to look at it proper as the oil has been leaking for some time and has gone all under the car, and the guy i got the car of said he just topped it up with oil when it got low, well thats not the case with me will get it sorted asap.ste

Font crank seal 90% of the time, not expensive for the seal but you have to take the cambelt off to get at it.

Have you checked the power steering pump at all... it sounds like its coming from your power steering res... this is common to leak on classic models.... check the rubber pipe bit first, as this is where mine was leaking from (just replaced with new pipe and clamped it down with jubalee clips.

But the seals can also go on the PAS pump, which means replacing with a newer power steering pump

You should be able to tell If its power steering fluid redish color well known for the oring giving up, also the front crank seal in the oil pump is another dodgy one if you're place it as above not a big job but then the cam belt has to come of. And wail your at it, if it is that check the 3 screws on back of the oil pump 12 O'Clock 2 O'Clock infact check all of them, if its never been off there will be deffo will be some lose saves you buying another block when the oil pressure drops
Crack on and good luck.
