My 1997 uk turbo wouldn' t start Saturday, got it going, when I put my lights on it started jerking a bit.
Took it for a battery test and the bloke said it was at 65% on start up.
So took it on a motorway run, after which it seemed okay with the lights on.

What are the signs of the battery/ alternator?

 

did he check the voltage from the alternator ??

 

yes, I think he was telling me the alternator was okay
