Default Can you have injectors reconditioned?

Not for an Impreza but for my Jeep Cherokee.

The Cherokee is a thirsty beast at 4L and makes a scoob seem frugal in it's fuel use!!

A little mod that the yanks do is change the injectors from the OE ones to ones from a Dodge Neon - they have 4 jets rather than just 1 and results seem to suggest that the MPG is improved - albeit slightly.

I have a set of 6 Dodge Neon injectors but they aren't new and look a bit dirty.

Can I get them reconditioned before putting them in my Jeep?

I doubt its the jets that change the MPG, probably a sligtly smaller injector leaning it off a bit, turn the fuel pressure down a bit not do the same thing?
