Default Turbo Actuator

When my car is on full boost, which is 1.1 bar the needle on my boost gauge flickers between 1 and 1.1.

Could this be due to a weak actuator?

I have a TD05 16g turbo and the boost gauge is lamco

Cheers. Andy

Hi Andy you are probably limited by your ECU,someone with more knowledge in classic ECU this confirm.

A weak actuator would make it impossible to reach your boost target.

Is the car juddering or surging while the boost gauge is fluctuating?

No juddering, the car pulls well. Just wondering if it could be my boost gauge? 1.1 is the max reading on my gauge
