Default Fitting mudflaps

Just had these delivered, from Ebay. Managed to get them for £20

Is it just a case of drilling holes and pushing the clips in??

you only have to drill one hole per mudflap for the innermost hole. All the others should line up with holes already in the bodywork

mate if you want mud flaps then fit them. Don't listen to anyone else. Its your car, do what you like. You can always take them off if you don't like it.

You should have holes already but they may have little black plastic plugs in them that you just pop out. You then just push the black plugs you got on the flaps in the holes. You will probably have to drill the one that is right inside the wheel arch tho. Just a tiny pilot hole then fix with self-tapper.

Doesn`t bother me in the slightest what others think, as long as I`m happy with it I couldn`t give two hoots.
As you say they can always be taken off.

Well they deffo aren`t working at the moment and will need adapting to fit, as the standard screws are not coming out and cos hey are off a newer Impreza the brackets holes are in different positions, but nothing some self tappers washers and a cordless drill won`t solve!! lol.

Unless I can find someone who wants 2009 flaps, and have pre 2000 ones lol.

Anyone want a set of 2009 STI flaps in blue not bad nick? lol.

Nope gonna have to sell these as they are for 09 on have lined them up and they are a bit out so wouldn`t be held on correctly, so need to either sell so I can buy different ones or swap for a set for a classic.
