Default Dreaded clutch slip

Going to attempt a roadside clutch change

I have been told the easiest option is to remove the engine which seems a bit excessive.

Im currently running 340 bhp ver 4 type r

totally bamboozled on which clutch would best suit my needs .

All help and advice welcome

Clutch option is easy: http://www.superhids.co.uk/clutches-...der-230mm.html

Also worth considering this package which includes a new lightweight forged flywheel and spigot bearing, very good upgrade: http://www.superhids.co.uk/clutches-...a-5-speed.html

It can be easier to remove the engine on a driveway/roadside job if you know what you're doing, if you don't then the gearbox route is better imho.

if your doing it by the roadside then taking the engine out will be much easier.

as others have said go the engine route, its much easier and can be done on your own, gearbox out is on the side of the road is no fun especially when you have it balancing on you head when your arms get tired.
