Default HKS panel filter

Hi, been given a brand new one of these as a gift from a friend to replace mine.

Apart from the obvious breathe easy attributes, are the any other beniefits to these filters

the panel should be a direct replacement for the oem one. just keep an eye on your afr. if it varies badly put the oem one back in.

"AFR" sorry for sounding like a complete bean but does that stand for air fuel ratio, can this be monitored though a gauge ?

yes. you need to make sue your air/fuel stays the same with the new panel fitted. if not its either put the standard one back or get the ecu remapped to take account of the new values
