Hi I have noticed quite a bit of rust on the brace that runs under the radiator on my v4sti (the bit with the towing eyes either side) looks like its been welded before. Is this a changable item? or will I need to have it cut out & a new one welded in?

You would need to cut it out mate as its part of the chassis.
