My car is currently running 319bhp its a STI with PPP fitted and there are so many turbos available. Just want some advice on well known turbos that maybe people have had experience with. I am looking to go to about 450bhp.
is this possible on standard STI internals?

Pretty much sure the 2 favorites would be the MD321T or the SC46 for 420-450 all dependant on supporting mods (headers, up-pipe, 3" exhaust, larger injectors, 3 port boost solenoid, possibly FMIC and CAI)
