buying 1st scooby
hi scooby people, i am new to all this forum stuff so am not quite sure how to use yet 
anyway i am looking to get my first scooby and have got my eye on a couple of 04 plate wr1's and was wondering what problems to look out for when taking for a test drive and where might be good place to get insurance from , all help greatly appriciated, thanx

Welcome mate 
WR1's are a special edition and as such the knowledge gurus will be along soon. However look for the basics;
No. of owners,
Service history. Is it correct? Serviced at correct time and/or miles?
Cambelt changed?
If it's modified, who done the work etc?
HPI
Has it seen paint, if so, why?
As for insurance try all the comparison sites and then the specialists;
