STI TYPE R... upgrades??

Hi was thinking about getting some work done to my v5 type r... defo need a turbo, but im confused where to start and what to get.... any opinions???
Im looking to get the car to 380-400.. thx for your help.

getting to that power aint the problem, i would have though your gearbox would be right at the limit though
