Default Servicing.....?

Hello all, im about to service my "54" WRX (225) and was hoping for some advice. What s.plugs would you say were best and also which oil would you recomend.....?

i use shell semi synthetic in mine and it recomended by subaru....you can get the plugs from the dealer too and least you know they the right match etc for you engine

Would you just use standard plugs or is there any better ones worth using?

Standard plugs are more than capable on a 223bhp car, over 300 I would be thinking (but not neccesarily doing) of upgrading to 7's (though my car has these as standard anyway )
Shell helix 10w40 semi synth is also good if you want to go fully synth then look at either a 10w40 or a 5w40, you dont need anything other than these (ie 10w60).
