Default Newage spark plugs

I have a newage MY53 STI, it has been remapped by Bob Rawle should I be using NGK PFR6B plugs or NGK PFR7B's? Thanks

Both will be fine but if you are changing may as well move to the 7s

Thanks for that,is there any benefit changing to the 7s?

Just a greater colder plug, benefits only become apparent as you run more power nad boost.
