the bigger pipe usually goes through a reserc valve then to the inlet where it looks all siliconed up on yours. and the smaller one goes to boost solenoid valve on drivers side front suspension turret.
it would go to big pipe mate yes . make sure the hole in inlet pipe is well sealed or you will get running problems. and small pipe is to boost solenoid.
