Default Removing Hawkeye Headlight Washer Covers?

I need to remove the front bumper on my 2007 Hawkeye. The car has HID`s with the washer jets....how do I remove the washer jet covers on the bumper?
Last time I tried this on a Jaguar i broke the damned thing....and it wasn`t cheap!

Thanks

Not really into car detailing then?

I`ve just pulled them away from the bumper and i think they maybe easy to remove. The last ones I tried on a Jag were on a very tight "spring" and I broke one to my cost!!

I don't know if this helps, but I've just this minute finished removing them off my classic.

Once the bumper is off, it's dead easy. To remove the bumper WITH the washer jets on, disconnect the spray hose at the T-junction.

Once it's off, if they are the same as mine, you'll see that the jets are held in place by a forked spring clip that slides into a groove on the jet and holds it hard agaist the underside of the bumper.

Oh, and if the springs are fekked, they are around £3 each from a dealer.

Thanks for that...I think if I`m careful it should be OK.
