Default VF34 spool??

Hi lads whos running vf34's on there classics and when are you seeing full boost? my type r doesnt come on full boost till 4000rpm is it me or is this late?

mine is approx 3500rpm with a hybrid frontmount......

it's difficult too tell when you achieve full boost, because full boost is when you hit your max set desired boost pressure, however your turbo does need too spool upto that level (lag)

my vf34 i would say achieves full boost between 3000-3500 (with standard top mount).

it's hard too tell though as depends what gears you're in, temp, road level etc.

on a side note late spooling could be due too an exhaust leak somewhere, boost pipe leak or a faulty MAF sensor.
