Default rear bumper

has anyone got any pics of a rear bumper on a bugeye sti that has been upgraded to a blobeye bumper, need to change mine and have been offered a blob one but not sure of that gap where the blobs lights have the semi circle extra,i have heard that people have done this before so is the light thing a bit off putting or unsightly,i like the blobs shaped bumper you see, thanks.

on another point is it a hard job replacing air con condenser rad on 02 sti as mine is leaking,thanks-carl.

bugeye and pre 05blobeye rears are the same other than the bumpers and lights
if your going to change the rear bumper you will need to change the rear lights otherwise you will have a gap where the round bit of the blobeye lights go.
the blobeye lights are a straight swap anyway and you can get a set on ebay for about 60 quid.

make sure the bumper is from a pre 2005 blobeye as the later ones had extensions on the arches for the wider track. pre 05 are a direct swap.

if you want a later look hawkeye rear lights are also a direct swap but blobs look better .
