Default torque settings for heads

Morning everyone, does anyone know the torque settings and sequence for the head bolts and bolts for the block on my ej20gdx1ne 1995 impreza? Would be very appreciated, thanks in advance.

3 1 6
5 2 4
tighten to 29 nm
then to 69 nm
back all bolts off 180 degrees
back off further 180 degrees
tighten bolts to 29 nm
tighten between 80 and 90 degrees
tighten another 40 t0 45 degrees
then tighten bolts 1 and 2 another 40 - 45 degrees
thats what it says on data cd.

finally got the right crank back now so i can build it up only taken a 2 week to get it does anyone know the sequence for the head bolts? also the torque settins for the block halves, cam covers and flywheel? thanks

Can't find haynes manual for these anywhere anyone know where I can get 1?
