I've had a look. My Scoob is a 56 plate Spec D. I was looking at these as well when I took the plunge. Power is very similar to standard STi and torque figures a little better! I think it looks a clean model but you can never tell by pics. I would suggest having a look and watch out for the common problems with the hawkeyes, mainly problems with the pistons. Mine has just had a compression test and the guy who did it thinks that I have a cracked piston ring (possibly worse!). So I'm going to have to throw some money at it now not even had it 6 months. I suggest that you try to get some sort of agreement with the dealer that if this problem arises then you have some sort of warranty to put it right. Mine came with 6 month warranty and I'm having a fight now to try and get them to pay up. I don't want to put you off I feel that you should be aware of something like this. Rear suspension coils too, can be checked in a test drive. Easy way to know is when you first pull off if it feels like the brakes are stuck as soon as you move or theres any sort of knocking from the rear when going over bumps at slow speeds. Good luck
